Meet Your Trainer
My love for health and fitness started when I was young as a multi-sport athlete. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession that makes me SO excited to wake up every morning and work with my clients. Since 2018, I’ve been working as a Certified Personal Trainer guiding my clients towards a happier & healthier lifestyle. Having recovered from disordered eating and body dysmorphia myself, I understand the struggles and frustrations that come with your health and fitness goals. By being my own authentic self, I can share the ugly side of my own journey along with making jokes about some of the most comical aspects of fitness/health. Through this work, my hope is that women fall so in love with themselves that they gain the confidence they need to make the world a better place and continue to spread a message of love & acceptance.

Sydney is the best! She creates workouts that are challenging but also fun and easy to follow. I like that most workouts even if it is focused on one body part usually works other parts of the body such as the abs etc. She listens well to feedback for what I like and tailors my future workouts.
She listened to my needs and adjusted the training accordingly. Sydney is charming. She always has a pleasant demeanor; just a pleasure to work with.
I'm not eating less or exercising beyond my limitations and my body looks more toned. My endurance has gone up. I'm more capable of moving. My knees don't hurt as much as they used to when exercising because she is always pointing out the proper form and demonstrating different stretches.
